　　I think this summer was over on a very meaningful day,in addition to the study of computers outside, I also tried a new aerobic exercise -yoga,I love this sport, so I learned an optimistic attitude to face life,but also to correct my bad habits,which is helpfulfor my future learning and life. I love yoga and I hope more people will join me to try this new movement.

　　我認(rèn)為今年夏天在一個(gè)非常有意義的一天里結(jié)束了，除了在外關(guān)于電腦的學(xué)習(xí)，我還嘗試了一個(gè)新的有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)——瑜伽，我喜歡這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)，因此我學(xué)會(huì)了用樂觀的態(tài)度面對(duì)生活，而且還糾正我的壞習(xí)慣，這有助于我未來(lái)的學(xué)習(xí)和生活。我喜歡瑜伽，同時(shí)希望更多的人能和我一起加入并嘗試這種新運(yùn)動(dòng)。
