愛護牙齒的英語作文

　　Nowadays, as people’s living standard is growing better and better, they pay more attention to their physical health. They may often go to hospital to check their body to in case having any illness. But there are not too many people realize their teeth also need to be protected. Tooth decay is so common in the daily life. And the toothache is also very horrible. How to take care of our teeth? I have several advice.

　　如今，隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高，他們越來越關注自己的身體健康。也許會經常去醫院做身體檢查來確保身體健康。但是卻沒有多少人意識到他們的牙齒也是需要保護的。在日常生活中牙痛已經是很常見的了。牙痛也是很可怕的。如何愛護牙齒呢？我有幾點建議。

　　First, Brush teeth in the morning and the evening. It is the best to use the health care toothbrush and toothpaste with fluoride.

　　一、早晚刷牙，最好使用保健牙刷和含氟牙膏。

　　Second, have oral health examination regularly.

　　二、定期進行口腔檢查。

　　Third, try your best to eat less sweet and sugary drinks.

　　三、少吃甜品和含糖飲料。

　　Four, wash mouth or chew sugarless gum after dinner or snacks.

　　四、吃飯后或吃零食后，要漱口或咀嚼無糖口香糖

　　Five, repair the sick teeth and mend the missing teeth. Otherwise it will lead serious consequence.

　　修復蛀牙或者修補缺失牙齒。不然的話會導致更加嚴重的后果。

　　Six, wash your teeth with warm water.

　　五、溫水刷牙。

　　Wish everyone can have healthy teeth.

　　希望大家都能擁有健康的牙齒。
