Back to think about, in every class you have excellent, good, medium and poor, which the teacher don’t like good students? If like good students is eccentric, which the teacher and not eccentric? So “eccentric” is a very normal thing.
And an eccentric teacher also is not necessarily a bad thing. Please think about it, why want to do the task to honor student teacher? Because they do well! Teachers sometimes for excellent students to replace the homework, this is because the teacher thinks the student level is higher than the other students, there is no need to do this simple job for him. 其實(shí)他們之所以這么說(shuō)是因?yàn)樗麄儗?duì)老師的行為有錯(cuò)誤的看法，對(duì)“偏心”這個(gè)詞語(yǔ)有著錯(cuò)誤的理解。回過(guò)頭來(lái)想一想，在每個(gè)班上都有著優(yōu)、良、中、差，哪個(gè)老師不喜歡優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生呢?如果說(shuō)喜歡優(yōu)秀的'學(xué)生就是偏心，哪個(gè)老師又不偏心呢?所以“偏心”是一件很正常的事。
而且一個(gè)老師偏心也未必是一件壞事。請(qǐng)想一想，老師為什么要把重任交給優(yōu)秀生做?因?yàn)樗麄冏龅煤?老師有時(shí)候給優(yōu)秀生替換作業(yè)，這是因?yàn)槔蠋熣J(rèn)為這個(gè)學(xué)生的水平比其他的學(xué)生高，沒(méi)必要再做對(duì)他而言這種簡(jiǎn)單的作業(yè)。老師讓優(yōu)秀生不做某些作業(yè)或做另外的作業(yè)，是因?yàn)槔蠋煵捎昧恕耙虿攀┙獭钡姆椒āＲ粋�(gè)好的老師，他明白哪一個(gè)學(xué)生處在什么階段，應(yīng)該學(xué)一些什么，應(yīng)該做一些什么……因?yàn)槿绻屓喽几鴥?yōu)秀生的進(jìn)度學(xué)習(xí)，肯定有一些人聽(tīng)不懂。如果讓大家跟著差生的進(jìn)度學(xué)習(xí)，又無(wú)疑是在浪費(fèi)腦筋，浪費(fèi)才華。所以老師必定會(huì)把好生、差生、中等生分開(kāi)對(duì)待。
正因?yàn)槿缃竦耐瑢W(xué)與家長(zhǎng)對(duì)老師的偏見(jiàn)，讓現(xiàn)在的一些好老師進(jìn)退兩難，也正是因?yàn)閷?duì)“偏心”的偏見(jiàn)，讓學(xué)校鬧出了許多事端……我希望大家對(duì)老師的“偏心”都要有正確的理解，不要對(duì)因才施教的“偏心”有所偏見(jiàn)!

Prejudice is a bad guy, while you don’t protect it secretly sneaked into the brain, change the thinking of the brain, let you see what all don’t pleasing to the eye. We like time exercise to strengthen their will, don’t let the prejudices about their ideas and misunderstanding good things around, when the prejudice began showing fore and aft, will begin to eliminate it, like eliminating bacteria.
