　　I was born in a beautiful town with high mountains around it.The mountains are covered with all kinds of green bamboo.Through the town runs a small stream.Its said that a new railway is going to be built to the east of the town and a bamboo factory to the west.

　　All the children of the school age can go to school.If anyone is ill,he can go to see the doctor in the newly-built hospital.People in the town are hard-working and never take the backwardness lying down.

　　Though they are having a richer and better life,they are not satisfied with what they have got.They are working hard to build their town into a modern one.

It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.Butin the old days it was a poor and backward little town.Many people had no work.They lived a hard life.In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then greatchanges have taken place there.The streets have been widened. Factories,schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another.The lifeof the people is greatly improved.I love my hometown. All the more I love itspeople.They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.

　　There are so many places of interest in Shanxi, but I think the most unusual one is the ancient Hanging Temple.

　　Hanging Temple is located at the foot of Mt. Hengshan. It is located on the West Cliff of Jinlong gorge, five kilometers south of Hunyuan County town. This temple was built in 1500 years ago in the late Northern Wei Dynasty, is the only Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism with a unique temple.

　　Enter the management area, from the bottom of the valley from afar, Hanging Temple is like a mosaic in the exquisite beyond compare relief, Maninsan cliffs.
