　　我坐在位置上等待，我緊緊地抓著稿子，閉著眼睛一遍又一遍地背，我的腦子充滿了英文。啊！好煩啊！“6號！”一個裁判喊到我的排號，就輪到我了？太快了吧。我快速走上臺：“hello everyone，My name is……”我的頭上冒出了豆大的汗珠，我不禁為自己捏了一把汗。“7號！”裁判一說，我便匆匆下了臺

　　When we need to say no, here is one method we can try. First, we should tell the truth. If we really can't do something, we should just say so. 　　今年，我參加了“英語演講”體驗活動，到了現場，大家都在討論關于演講的要領，當然，我和我的朋友皓琳也在緊張的討論，皓琳問我:“你緊張嗎？”我不說緊張不緊張，卻反問她:“你緊張嗎？”“我很緊張，手都在都呢！”突然，工作人員進來，說要抽號，我心里在想:我會抽到一個什么號碼呢？我希望抽到一個居中的號碼，這樣好緩解一下緊張的情緒。

　　開始抽號了，我第17個抽，皓琳是第18個抽，她抽到了11號，我抽到了16號，太好了，我心里暗暗竊喜！抽號環節結束了，我們被帶到了一個大廳里開始比賽。

　　首先上場的.1號選手，接著是2號、3號……終于到我了，我做了兩個深呼吸，自信的走上臺。演講中，我完全投入到角色里，演講的非常精彩！當我演講完，臺下響起了熱烈的掌聲。
