　　尊敬的老師、親愛的同學們：

　　晚上好!今天我要演講的題目是“剖析領導力”。

　　近來，我校開展學校領導力工程，不僅僅是宣傳與培養學生的領導力，更是在高中開始相關課程，其重視度可想而知。此工程的開展，一是為金外培育高層次人才做更充足的準備，二是鍛煉學生一種自覺培養的能力。

　　好，下面我來具體闡述一下我的觀點。

　　首先，領導力，是領導具備的，這個領導并非是要有多大的官職，而只是一種具備這種能力的代表稱謂。其主要可以包含以下幾點：

　　一、計劃性 作為一名合格的領導，需要實現做好充足的準備。俗話說的好，“不打無

　　準備之仗”，臨陣磨槍更是毫無作用。就以學生來說，要能夠充分安排自身的時間。什么時間該做什么事，一個反應就要知道。必要可在備忘錄記上一筆，要將自己規劃得好，不能在時間上有沖突，因為時間是永遠以一種恒定的速度在走。在同一時間內可改變的事要盡量調到其他空閑時間，而如不可改變，則要以其輕重緩急來安排。

　　二、決斷力 領導一些事物，必定要做出一些決斷。在決斷之時，基本原則是考慮周到、處事果決。如果時間充足，果決這一條可以放一放，盡量充分考慮。而有時候，決斷總是不完全的，這時就可以征求一下身邊的“智囊團”或者是大眾的意見。畢竟一個人只是閉門造車，很多方面是不可能非常完美的。

　　三、執行力 一個決斷的執行，決定著一件事的成功與否。若把主意當成是機器，那么執行力便是能源。一個機器的工作效率，要由能源來確定。一臺再高級的汽車，沒有油還是沒辦法開。而執行力的培養，可以親歷親為，也可以鍛煉身邊的人，讓其他班干部去執行，畢竟一人之力是有限的。

　　四、控制力 有很多時候，理性的思考是一個必備的過程。而能否控制自己，是能否理性思考的重要標準。有些事情，牽扯到自己本身的時候，難免以感性的角度來衡量，這就往往使事情達不到原有的標準。我校校長朱耀仁曾說過：“在管理上，不要怕得罪老師，你怕得罪老師，就不怕得罪我么?”所以，有事情的時候，要把持住自己，可以多幾次深呼吸調整自身，然后以理性的思維來考慮。

　　五、抗壓能力 馬也有失蹄的時候，人偶爾處理不好事情，是很容易的。如果人人都那么容易處理好事情，那么這個關于領導力的培養也就是一種不必要了。偶爾的失敗要注重調節自身，而不要輕易被壓力壓垮。不說困難像彈簧，你強它就弱這種例子了，講一個關于玉米淀粉的。這一種非牛頓流體，如果手輕輕伸入，與液體一樣。可是若是以一個巨大的力快速打在其上，這液體就相當于固體，十分堅硬，棒球手套里面就是非牛頓流體。我們就要做這種非牛頓流體，在打擊面前，更要堅強，這更是看出一個人心里素質是否夠格的時候。

　　六、表達能力 領導總是要傳達指令的，是各種信息的接收站與處理中樞。一個好的主意出來后，要傳達給身邊的人去做，需要良好的表達能力，如若支支吾吾講不清楚，自己也惱火，別人聽的更是痛苦。我中華漢字博大精深，可以將任何指令傳達得十分清楚。一句清晰的指令，可以讓人少走很多彎路。即使是說清楚了指令，也要再確認一遍別人是否聽懂，一次就能辦成的事，總是省力而清爽的。

　　總而言之，一個人的領導力是需要長期的實踐才有的，并非真的是一門能靠學習學來的學科，想要有領導力，就去在實踐中慢慢領會吧!

　　——做自己的領導，走精彩的人生 尊敬的各位領導、親愛的同事們：

　　大家晚上好，我是來自空調國內銷中業務部的李藝，很榮幸能有機會站在這個舞臺上，與大家一起分享學習完《可持續領導力》這本書后的一些想法，當然短短幾分鐘的演講，遠遠無法述盡此書的精髓，不足偏差之處，還請大家多多指正、海涵，下面將正式開始我的演講，我演講的題目是《做自己的領導，走精彩的人生》。

　　說實話，當我拿到《可持續領導力》一書的時候，我一點都提不起興趣，不因為別的，就這書名我就覺得把我排除在這本書的目標讀者群體以外了，《可持續領導力》嘛，我都不是領導，你讓我看什么“領導力”，提升了領導力你讓我領導誰去?可當我沉下心來認真學習的時候，我才發現《可持續領導力》有許多的'理解維度。找到恰當的角度來學習他，的確讓我受益匪淺。我是一個基層的小職員，領導別人談不上，如何領導自己，這本書倒是提供了許許多多的建議。

　　本書第二章簡單為上，就讓我有了很多的感悟。我覺得要理解這個簡單為上其實他并不那么簡單，這四個字貫穿全文，并體現了多層意思。第一層，我們生活在一個信息高度膨脹的復雜社會里，我必須學會過濾掉那些無用的紛擾，書中一句話如是說道：沒有人能做到接受所有的資訊，關注或適應所有變化，當我們被復雜淹沒或看不清這個世界正在發生什么的時候我們就不太可能實現自身的改善。這里的簡單為上，是提醒我們，要剝開繁的迷霧找到簡的凈土，找到那些我們關注的問題的關鍵，頻閉不重要的干擾。沒錯汪峰能不能上頭條這種事兒影響不了股票的漲跌，俄羅斯要怎么對付土耳其也改善不了北京的霧霾，并不是每一個信息都會對我們所關注的問題造成影響，繁中求簡，找到問題的關鍵，將有限的時間精力關注在那些休戚相關的問題上，這樣才能實現自身的改善。

　　簡單為上的第二層意思，我體會到的是它在提醒我們關注問題本質，切勿在還未理清頭緒之前盲目行動，否則可能既使得過程更加繁瑣復雜，最終還會得不到想要得結果，把握實質，避免概念的混淆。正如書中所說的，一只鉛筆就能解決的問題，并不需要花昂貴的費用來開發挑戰萬有引力的圓珠筆，因為問題實質不是如何使圓珠筆能在太空中使用，而是如何解決在太空上寫字的問題。同樣在生活和工作中也是如此，完成一項工作最開始的步驟我們就得定性這個工作，否則到最后往往事倍功半。

　　以上是我針對《可持續領導力》一書中的一個小點的一些理解，其實還有很多方法，道理等待我們洗洗剖析，這本書從根本上提示著我怎么樣將自己引導到一條正確的道路上，怎么做好自己人生的領導者、主宰者。高爾基有句話如是說，書是人類進步的階梯，既然是階梯不是電梯，那就肯定沒有一步登頂之說，必須的踏踏實實一步一個腳印的爬，一遍一遍反復的剖析，才能好好理解此書。正如總裁所言，必須經常反復的讀，才能終身掌握。 謝謝，我的演講完了。
