　　A. 請求允許

　　May I come in? 我可以進來嗎?

　　Can I have a look at it, please? 我可以看看嗎?

　　Could I use your telephone? 我可以借用一下你的電話嗎?

　　Is it all right if I sit here? 我坐這兒行嗎?

　　Do you mind if I open the window? 你介意我打開窗戶嗎?

　　Would you mind my smoking here? 你介意我在這兒抽煙嗎?

　　Do you think I could leave now? 你看我現在可以離開了嗎?

　　I was wondering if I could take this. 我不知能否拿這個。

　　I’d like to open the window if you don’t mind. 如果你不介意，我想把窗子打開。

　　B. 同意請求

　　Yes, please. 可以。

　　Sure [Certainly]. 當然可以。

　　Yes, certainly you can. 你當然可以。

　　That’s all right [OK]. 沒關系。

　　Go ahead, please. 用吧;沒問題。

　　Yes, by all means. 當然可以。

　　Yes, why not? 行，怎么不行呢?

　　No, please do. 不介意，你做吧。

　　Not at all. Just go ahead. 一點不介意，請吧。

　　C. 拒絕請求

　　I’m afraid not. 恐怕不行。

　　You’d better not. 你最好不要。

　　Please don’t. 請不要做。

　　I’d rather you didn’t. 我倒希望你不這樣。
