　　One can see that the number of parks has spiked up from 406 in 2020 to 670 in 2022 in the bar chart, which naturally leads to the emergence of the image that a small group of young people run past the fitness area in the park. Of course, it is not to be ignored that a local resident is satisfied with the construction of the park.

　　So, what factors can be responsible for the above phenomenon? Residents in second- or third-tier cities are not strange to this. Firstly, the concept of a livable city finds its way into life, and a goal for urban development is established. Thus, the government or public organizations pay more attention to building parks which offer the public rest, sight-seeing, and exercise. Secondly, the fitness area, where the young and old do their exercises by individuals or in groups, as a huge part of the park, has gained its popularity among local residents.
