　　Lung-Lung （Dragon-Dragon） liked his new house which was bigger and nicer than his old one, and he liked all his new neighbors, too. However, there was not one who was a little boy Lung-Lung’s size; he was a little upset about that. One day a big steam shovel came rumbling up the hill. It rumbled right into the empty site Across the street and started to dig a big hole.

　　Now lung-lung was so busy watching that he did not even notice when someone came and stood beside him, but he did notice when someone said, ‘See that big shovel? It is digging the ground for my new house！’ Lung-Lung looked to see who was talking, and it was a little boy just his own size！ ‘Good！’ said Lung-Lung. ‘Your new house will be opposite my new house’ and we can play together everyday.’

　　Personally, I don’t believe that giving children pocket money is a very good idea. In my opinion, doing so only encourages children to think that things in life are free. As humans, we only value those things that cost us something to obtain.

　　When I was a child, my parents never gave us any pocket money(or “allowance” as we call it in America). They made us work to earn any money we had. They wanted us to know that money is valuable, and that hard work is even more valuable. They wanted us to learn to make wise choices with our money, and they knew we would be more careful with our money if we earned it ourselves. Finally, they wanted us to understand that work and money are related: you cannot have one without the other.

　　I think there are two things parents need to do to help their children understand the value of money. First, they should make their children earn their spending money, which will make the children consider the money precious. Second, they should not always stop their children from doing foolish things with their money. Making some mistakes will teach the children to be wise.

　　On one hand, those who have already benefited from its practicing sing highly ofit. They claim that the Internet has improved their efficiency in study and work a lot. They can search the resources they need on the Internet and there is no need to go out to examine on the spot each time. In addition, the Internet contributes a lot to long-distance communication and interaction, and that saves more time for their study and business.

　　一方面，那些已經(jīng)受益于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的人高度贊揚它。他們聲稱互聯(lián)網(wǎng)提高了他們學習和工作的效率。他們可以在網(wǎng)上搜索他們需要的資源，而不需要每次都去現(xiàn)場檢查。此外，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)有助于遠程通信的互動，并為學習和工作節(jié)省更多的`時間。

　　However,every coin has two sides. There are a number of people argue that using the Interneth as given rise many problems to their lives, and let me cite student as an example. For one thing, the matters on the Internet are so various and disordered that students are easy to be attracted by other matters which is not good for them. And that will waste much time and even bring harm to them. For another, all kinds of network games are a great lure and harm to students.Those who are addicted to network games are easy to be lured away from their studies.

　　然而，每個硬幣都有兩面。有一些人認為，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的使用對他們的生活產(chǎn)生了許多問題，讓我以學生為例。一方面，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的事情是如此廣泛和無序，學生們很容易被其他一些對他們沒有好處的東西吸引。這將浪費很多時間，甚至給他們帶來危害。另一方面，各種網(wǎng)絡游戲給學生有很大的誘惑力和傷害。那些沉迷于網(wǎng)絡游戲的人很容易被誘惑而不學習。

　　From what has been discussed above, I am inclined to support the former view becauseI convince that the advantages of the internet far weigh the disadvantages.Meanwhile, I also advocate that we should avoid its disadvantages as much as possible as well as use it in the right way.

　　通過以上討論，我傾向于支持前一種觀點，因為我相信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢遠遠大于缺點。同時，我也認為我們應該盡量避免它的弊端，以正確的方式來使用它。
