克服壞的習慣的英語作文

　　Bad habits begin, and almost everyone is not noticed more and more. Once we recognize the bad habits, or once they point out to us that this is a wise decision, we immediately eliminate them. However, it is not easy to get a bad habit because we sometimes think about it. The methods are as follows:

　　In order to get a bad habit, it is important that we first know that it is indeed a bad habit. For example, in the habit of smoking. It is obvious that smoking is harmful to people's health. It can lead to lung cancer and heart attacks. Besides, smoking is a waste of money. A chain-smoker pays almost every day for his own meal.
