　　Nowadays, when people want to find a job, they always have to take a job interview. After the interview both the interviewer and the interviewee can make the final decision. So a job interview has become more and more important in our society.

　　Interview has the advantage of being the most natural situation. It is easier to build up a relationship with the interviewee, and he will feel at ease and will answer questions more fully and more naturally. In this way the interviewer is likely to find out a great deal about the interviewee. Particularly, he will be in a good position to find out whether or not he will want the interviewee to work with him. On the other hand, there are disadvantages as well. The interviewer may be so strongly affected by his own feelings that he will be unable to judge a person by a proper standard. His feelings may drive him to make the final decision. It is not necessary for us to feel bad if we have failed in an interview, because it is only a matter of choice,instead of right or wrong.

　　If we want to succeed in a job interview, we have to remember the following factors. Firstly, we should pay more attention to our appearance.We should dress more formally, which is a kind of respect for the interviewer. But on a summer day， when the air is warm and the sky is blue， it is more pleasant to walk on the shore and collect pretty pebbles， shells， and seaweed. However， the most wonderful scene of the sea is witnessed during a storm， when the waves rise and fall with much grandeur. At times they look like huge mountains with valleys between; and when they dash against the shore with a hiss and roar， they break into spray.

　　Walking along the seashore is more than being a pleasure. The sea breezes are highly beneficial， so， a walk along the seashore is recommendable to those who are so fortunate as to live at places where the seashore is within their easy reach.

　　列要點即把要寫的內容要點化，一般5—10個左右結構上獨立，內容上連貫的句子。確保要點不遺漏，做到這一步時，不一定要按照題目中所給材料的順序，而要組織好表達方式及次序，做到條理清晰不漏要點。

　　再吃透了要點的真實含義之后，恰當地把每一個要點譯成英語，寫成大約10個左右完整的`句子。但書面表達不是幾個或幾十個句子，更不是百十個單詞的簡單湊合，而應是條理清晰，層次分明，語言地道，符合英語表達習慣的“一體化”的表達方式。因此寫作時遣詞造句要準確，對于拿不準的單詞短語或句型千萬不能亂用，更不能違背英語的表達習慣，生編硬造，標新立異。否則，只能是弄巧成拙，錯誤百出。造句時要多用簡單句、短句，少用復雜句、長句。多用自己有把握的詞匯、句式，多用地道英語，避免“漢語式”英語。每個句子都要注意句子成分的完整，語法是否正確，說法是否符合習慣，當對限定的內容表達“山窮水盡疑無路” 時，可用“變通” 手法，很可能就“柳暗花明又一村” 了。

　　草稿完成后，不要忙于抄寫，要多思考，多修改幾遍。檢查選詞是否恰當，句子是否得體，段落是否合適，同時也要注意拼寫、語法、標點等錯誤。總之，文章不厭其改。

That overloaded trucks are struggling forward, the driver saw the red light doesn't stop, optional trespassing, just to get a job, get a sum of money, regardless of the consequences of violation. But the driver know? Just for such a sum of money in violation of traffic rules, for a moment will probably destroy life, and this is invaluable life and money can buy? Look! The tragedy is on, with blood red wheels, grieving relatives of the victims...

　　Ah! Is a tragedy! The pavements, the rapid driving a motorcycle, to an old woman knocked to the ground and grandma was dead immediately. I don't understand, why don't the motorcycle driver by lane and just broke into the non-motor vehicle lanes? Just convenience, graph save trouble, but left a precious life again left the world. Victims which makes many people sad tears flow, and broken family enough!

　　寬闊的馬路，先進的道路安全設施，一直在更新的交通法規，難道真能對交通安全起到持久穩固的作用嗎?如果是，那為何交通事故還是年年不斷的頻繁發生?可見交通安全保障并沒有達到真正的效果。而這究竟又是誰的錯呢?

　　這是人們的.錯。國家給了我們交通安全的保障，得失我們往往卻只顧自己的方便，只顧自己的利益，并未能好好的遵守交通法規。大家想過如此的后果會是怎樣的嗎?

　　看!那輛超載的大卡車正吃力的前進著，司機見了紅燈也不停車，隨意亂闖，只是為了趕交差，得一筆工錢，不顧違章的后果。可這位司機知道嗎?只是為了這么一筆工錢違反交規，一剎那間就很有可能會葬送生命，而這無價的生命又豈是金錢可以買到的?看!那場悲劇終究還是上演了，鮮血染紅了車輪，受害者的親人悲痛萬分……

　　啊!又是一場悲劇!人行道上，一輛摩托車疾速行駛，將一位老奶奶撞倒在地，老奶奶立馬氣絕身亡。我不明白，摩托車司機為什么不按道行駛而偏偏要闖入非機動車道呢?只是圖方便、圖省事，卻致使又一個寶貴的生命離開了這個世界。而這又會使多少人為受害者傷心淚流，使家庭因之而破碎啊!

　　在交通安全的維護上，我們每個人都有責任和義務。生命可貴卻脆弱，希望人人都能自覺遵守交通規則，讓我們生活的環境更安全更美好。

　　The world awakens each day from its nightly slumber, transformed by a sparkling layer of morning dew on the grass, on flower petals and leaves, on cars and car windows. These glistening droplets last only a little while, an integral part of what imbues the early morning with its aura of magic. If we sleep too late, we miss the magnificent display of sunlight playing upon an infinite amount of tiny crystal balls. To step onto the dew-covered grass is to anoint our feet with a form of water that comes only once a day for a short time, a rarefied gift of the night air that will soon evaporate in the full light of the sun. If we inhale slowly and consciously enough, it is almost as if we are drinking in this magical elixir formed in the boundary between darkness and light.

　　In one myth, morning dew is believed to be tears from heaven, and in another, the droplets are poured from the vessel of the goddess of dawn. When we see the earth draped with these shimmering drops, it is easy to imagine fairies bathing in the water, or a sky god weeping from a longing to be closer to his beloved earth goddess. Seeing the sparkling beauty of the earth emerging from darkness, we may understand this longing in terms of our own gratitude; how blessed we are to be here.

　　Perhaps heaven really does long to be here on earth, and perhaps that is why we are heres conduits between the divine and the earthbound. As we drink the morning dew in with our eyes, our skin, our breath, it is easy to imagine that it really is a magical potion, a gift from heaven, a reminder of our true purpose, and a daily opportunity to be transformed.
