Sarah Brightman (born 14 August 1960) is an English classical crossover soprano, actress, songwriter, and dancer. She has sung in many languages, including English, Spanish, French, Latin, German, Turkish, Italian, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, and Catalan.

raise和rise怎么區分？
1） Raise和rise都有“上升”的意思，記住下面2句話：
Raise是及物動詞，后面必須有賓語，就是“某人把某物舉起來”。
Rise是不及物動詞，后面不能加賓語，也就是說“某人、某物自己升起來”。
比如：
He raised his right hand.
他舉起了右手。（是他把手舉起來的，所以用raise）
The waves rose and fell.
波浪起起伏伏。（波浪是自己動的，所以用rise）
2）2. Raise和rise都有“增長”的意思，同樣地：
Raise是及物動詞，后面必須有賓語。
Rise是不及物動詞，后面不能加賓語。
We will have to raise our fees.
