  Currently, there is a long-lasting fever of obtaining a variety of qualifications among college students, including vocational qualifications and skills certificates. Many students spend their weekends and vocation in preparing for tests on English, Law and Computer Science. Even after their graduation, some of them are still having full enthusiasm on it.

  No doubt qualifications have attractions of their own. They are evidences to confirm students’ abilities. Work-related or competence-based qualifications may even help students find a satisfactory job, so students hold the opinion that they are obtaining not credentials but opportunities for their future.

  However, as it is known to all that each coin has its two sides, obtaining qualifications also brings negative influences in spite of its advantages. First, some vocational qualifications are obtained at the expense of the basic discipline study or major learning. Second, it will take 300 to 500 Yuan to go in for a certain certificate, leading to great financial burden. Third, better jobs do not always necessarily follow more qualifications.

  From my point of view, what matters most is relevant experience or skill, not the number of credentials you have obtained.

  近幾年,大學(xué)生逃課現(xiàn)象愈演愈烈:基礎(chǔ)課有人逃,專業(yè)課有人逃,哲學(xué)、政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等公共課更是“逃課族”的首選。逃課的大學(xué)生在干什么?有的在上培訓(xùn)班,有的在學(xué)電腦,有的在準(zhǔn)備注冊會計(jì)師、注冊稅務(wù)師、注冊資產(chǎn)評估師、律師、外銷員、海關(guān)報(bào)關(guān)員、導(dǎo)游員、秘書等一系列“資格證書”考試;還有的在忙著學(xué)開車拿駕照。“考證”成為這群被稱為“候考族”的大學(xué)生校園生活的主題,花費(fèi)驚人也在所不惜,他們參加各種“證書”考試,拿到各種“證書”,以便增加自己求職的籌碼。這究竟為什么?

  為了了解大學(xué)生考證熱的現(xiàn)象的原因,更好的了解從金融危機(jī)以來大學(xué)生對待考證的看法、態(tài)度等問題,特作此調(diào)查。

  二、調(diào)查對象和方法

  調(diào)查對象:由于本調(diào)查調(diào)查的是整體大學(xué)生對待考證的態(tài)度、看法等問題,所以調(diào)查對象是全體大學(xué)生。但是處在不同年級的大學(xué)生會有不同的心態(tài),所以調(diào)查對象的權(quán)重會有所偏重:一二年級的同學(xué):300名;三四年級的同學(xué):700名。

  調(diào)查方法:采用問卷不記名的方法,前期任意選取同學(xué)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,耽誤同學(xué)們2分鐘的時(shí)間填寫問卷。(但要滿足一二年級的同學(xué):300名;三四年級的同學(xué):700名的條件。)

  1、考證同學(xué)的專業(yè)

  注釋:熱門專業(yè):經(jīng)濟(jì)類、管理類、科技類等;一般:藝術(shù)類、外語類、工科類等;冷門專業(yè):哲學(xué)類等。(因?yàn)橄抻诒緦W(xué)校只有這些專業(yè),故只設(shè)這些類別。)

  2、國家有關(guān)政策的導(dǎo)向

  我國實(shí)行職業(yè)資格準(zhǔn)入制度。隨著中國入世、申奧和申博的成功,隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,社會各行各業(yè)將面臨新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),許多職業(yè)的就業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)開始向國際化接軌。在一些大城市,例如上海,即將對28種職業(yè)實(shí)行職業(yè)資格準(zhǔn)入制度。有人斷言“21世紀(jì)將是職業(yè)證書的時(shí)代”。即便是今后做一名秘書也要先取得秘書資格證書才可能被錄用,當(dāng)然,這些證書肯定是對自己的找工作有著積極地作用,在這種“考證時(shí)代”,大學(xué)生奔波于各種考證輔導(dǎo)班中,形成了“考證熱”也就不足為怪了。

  3、教育體制欠缺

  近年來,我國對高等教育進(jìn)行了改革,雖然取得了一定的成果,但從某種程度上講,高等教育還游離于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展之外,不少高校還簡單地停留在僅僅完成教學(xué)任務(wù)上,教學(xué)內(nèi)容陳舊,缺乏體制創(chuàng)新,培養(yǎng)出來的大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后難以馬上適應(yīng)用人單位的需要,造成大量大學(xué)生就業(yè)時(shí)產(chǎn)生“失重”。而同時(shí),隨著改革開放的不斷深化,社會急需各類高級人才,對人才的需求也日益凸顯多元化特點(diǎn)。因此,大學(xué)生為了彌補(bǔ)自身在校所學(xué)與實(shí)際社會需求的差距,增強(qiáng)自身的競爭力,必然要花大量的時(shí)間與精力去“充電”。

  4、盲目從眾
