To improve fairness of education, China has invested over 36 billion CNY for the betterment of education facilities in rural areas and the promotion of compulsory education in the rural areas of central and western regions. These funds have been used to improve education facilities and purchase books, bringing benefits to over 160 thousand pupils and high school students. The funds have also been used to purchase musical and painting instruments. Now the students in rural areas can have music and painting classes like those children in costal cities. Some students who have been transferred to schools in cities to receive better education have also come back to local rural schools.

After the Japan's accidents in March 2011, the exploration of nuclear power has been suspended, including halting the examining and approving new nuclear power stations as well as safety inspection of all the nuclear stations in the country. The approval didn't recover until Octorber, 2012.
With the improvement of technology and safety arrangement, the possibilities of nuclear accidents could be reduced to the minimum degree. That is to say, nuclear power could be developed and utilized without accidents.

They emphasized that people ought to read good books especially the classic ones. Through reading, people can learn better how to be grateful, responsible and cooperative, and the goal of education is to cultivate these basic personalities. Reading is especially important for middle and primary school students;Therefore, if they don't nurture the interest of reading at that key period, it will be harder for them to develop a habit to read in the future.
